Complete Description and Creation of Party Theme of choice including
Details of items needed or suggested for each of the following:
Menu, Décor, Activity, Set-up, and Service.
One home, office, or venue visit included to determine Placement and Set-up.
Complete Event Proposals
Creative Planning & Detail for each themed event to include every detail from Creation to Execution
20 per hour
Minimum of Three (3) hours for research & preparation of
proposal
including 1 site visit
Additional services:
Purchasing of
products needed for décor, service, activity, and/or takeaway gift
Attendance at event for Coordination & Execution of: Detailed Set-up & Placement, Proper flow & Timing, and management of Entertainment/Activities
Arrival must be a minimum of One (1) hour prior to event start
time
